EcomRahi provides eCommerce management services, including but not limited to account setup, product listings, cataloging, marketing support, ads management, and growth consultation. The exact services will be based on the selected service plan or agreement between EcomRahi and the client.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate business details, legal documents, product information, and any required data on time. Any delay in information shared by the client may affect service timelines and results.
3. Marketplace Compliance
All eCommerce marketplace accounts will be operated as per the policy of the respective platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). EcomRahi will guide with compliance, but the client is solely responsible for their seller account, products, and legal obligations.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made in advance for service activation.
Payments once made are non-refundable, as services involve time, tools, and operational effort. Refund will only be considered if no work has been initiated after payment.
5. Results & Performance
EcomRahi works to deliver the best possible results based on expertise and approved strategies. However, sales, growth, or performance are not guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors such as product quality, demand, competition, pricing, and marketplace algorithms.
6. Confidentiality
All client data, business information, documents, and strategies will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party without consent, except where required by law.
7. Content & Ownership
Any content (listing, graphics, creatives, ads, or strategy) created by EcomRahi remains the property of EcomRahi unless full ownership transfer is included in the plan or discussed in writing.
8. Service Modification
EcomRahi reserves the right to update, modify, or adjust services, pricing, or terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
9. Third-Party Tools & Charges
Any third-party tools, advertising budgets, software, marketplace fees, or additional charges are not included in service fees unless specified.
10. Termination of Services
EcomRahi may suspend or terminate services if a client violates policies, misbehaves, delays payment, or misuses the service. Client may discontinue services by sending a written notice (no refunds).
